During the outbreak of pneumonic influenza in 1918-1919, strict health regulations were enforced to prevent the spread of this highly infectious disease. Border camps were establshed to keep all people entering Queensland in quarantine for a period of seven days.
This database contains details of the name of the person, occupation, address, the date they left Queensland, married/single or widow/er, the camp number and the Queensland State Archives reference. The registers themselves contain signatures and remarks and some other details.
