In the matter of GEORGE JOHN GOSNEY, of Geelong, in the colony of Victoria, grocer.
NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the said George John Gosney has been sequestrated ; and I hereby appoint a meeting of creditors to be held at the Supreme Court House, Geelong, on Wednesday the 25th 'day of June 1873, at the hour of Twelve o'clock noon, for the purposes set forth in the 53rd section of the said Insolvency Statute 1871. Mr. James Simson is the assignee named in the order, and Mr. H. E. Combe is the solicitor acting in the insolvency.
Dated at Geelong this 14th day of June 1873.
