This product is sold as a CD SECOND or SPARE.
"CD seconds" or "spares" are perfectly good data wise, but have been put aside due to:
- faulty label printing, e.g. off colour or misaligned. A few have been manually labelled or corrected
- over-produced initially, so offered as "spares" to clear
They are all offered at 60% to 90% discount (from the normal price). They will be supplied in clear CD sleeves, rather than the normal CD cases. In many cases they are the last available, i.e. they won't be available, even at full price, when sold out.

The full title of this book written by the Rev. Charles Rogers, is 'The Scottish House of Roger with Notes Respecting the Families of Playfair and Haldane or Bermony'. It is both an historical and a genealogical account of this family, of Danish or Norman origin, which came into England after the Norman conquest of 1066, and which then migrated north to Scotland in subsequent centuries.
This study begins with a history of the family, both in Normandy and in England, and then proceeds in some detail to move through the centuries after it was established in Scotland. Genealogical information becomes more precise and detailed as the history proceeds into early modern and modern times. There is additional material on the Playfair and Haldane families which intermarried with and were interrelated to the Scottish House of Roger.
This CD consists of scans of the original books and/or articles, which can be browsed, enlarged and printed if required. Please note: it is not searchable.
