IN BANKRUPTCY
In the matter of proceedings for liquidation by arrangement or composition with creditors instituted by THOMAS DAVID SCOTT, of Hobart, in Tasmania, carrier. NOTICE hereby given that a second general meeting of the creditors of the abovenamed person has been summoned to be held at the offices of Mr. E. J. O'Brien, 70 Collins-street, Hobart, on the 21st day of May, 1925, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon precisely.
Dated this 9th day of May, 1925.
