IN BANKRUPTCY.
In the matter of proceedings for liquidation by arrangement or composition with creditors instituted by ERNEST FRANCIS KEMP, of Oyster Cove, in Tasmania, labourer.
NOTICE is hereby given that a second general meeting of the creditors of the above named person has been summoned to be held at the office of Albert Edward Richardson, 76 Collins-street, Hobart on the 27th day of January, 1916, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon precisely.
