Inquests
An Inquest was held at Victoria, Huon, on the 12th instant, upon the bodies of William Smith, C.P., per Maitland, and James Edwards, per Augusta Jessie who were accidentally drowned in the Huon River, on the 28th ultimo. A returned accordingly.Warrants Issued, and now in this Office
Hobart Town.-On the 17th instant, by A.B. Jones, Esq., J.P. for the arrest of Agnes Cox, charged with leaving her children at Hobart Town, without means of support.
Description: 36 years old, 5 feet 2 inches high, fresh complexion, dark hair, round features; supposed to have gone to New Norfolk.
