"CD seconds" or "spares" are perfectly good data wise, but have been put aside due to:

• faulty label printing, e.g. off colour or misaligned. A few have been manually labelled or corrected
• over-produced initially, so offered as "spares" to clear

They are all offered at 60% to 90% discount (from the normal price). They will be supplied in clear CD sleeves, rather than the normal CD cases. In many cases they are the last available, i.e. they won't be available, even at full price, when sold out.

Telephone directories are a great source of information, both for name and address. This telephone directory covers Adelaide, its suburbs and country regions in 1944. It lists thousands of telephone numbers - arranged in a similar way to current day telephone books.

This directory lists the Commonwealth Government departments, State Government departments, Adelaide subscribers and country subscribers (subscribers meaning, those who had a telephone).  There is a Pink Pages section which is business and professional directory.

It also includes sections on telephone information (rates, accounts, time signals, directories etc.), postal and telegraph information. As well, it has quite a number of advertisements - all useful, often including names of people and places.

The directory is a useful resource giving extra insight into the lives of those living in this period in South Australia.
