OSWALD GEORGE CHARLICK, by Det.-Sergeant Dedman and Det. Noblet, charged with fraudulent conversion on Charles Rawle Hocking, at Adelaide; committed for trial.
ROBERT ALBERT STERLING, on complaint, charged with a breach of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1921, section 21, at Pooraka; complaint dismissed. For a breach of section 34 of the Motor Vehicles Act he was fined 10s. and costs 10s. Evidence obtained by F.C.'s Sessle and Chilman.
EVELYN GERTRUDE MAY BENNEAR (alias EVA ROSS), on complaint, charged with a breach of the Licensing Acts 1917 to 1923, section 197, at Bremen Hotel,
Hope Valley; fined £5 and costs £1. Evidence obtains by P.C.C.'s Lindsay (W.H.) and Regan.
FANNY WALLIS (16 1/2), by P.C.C. William and Woman Police Constable Northridge, for larceny from Irene Gwendoline Hansen, at Kent Town; committed to Barton Vale School until 18 years of age.
