Yarraman is a town of about 900 people located approximately 180 kilometres north-west of Brisbane. Its cemetery is on the Yarraman-Kooralgin Road - from the town take the New England Highway; it s about 4.7 kilometres to the cemetery. The earliest death recorded on a headstone is that of Magnus Mowat in 1909 aged 66 years.
