Evergreen is a small rural town located 63 kilometres north of Toowoomba. The cemetery lies on a long, narrow block off the Haden-Maclagan Road. The earliest headstone records the death of Sarah Patch aged 66 years in 1896.

This database contains information on 531 people buried in Evergreen Cemetery between 1896 and 2009. For each person the following fields have been indexed: Surname, Given Names, Date of Birth, Date of Death, Age, Burial, Row, Comments (where appropriate) and the headstone photograph on which the name occurs.

Searchable using QFHSdatasearch, this is a generic interface designed to search genealogy databases and developed by the Queensland Family History Society Inc. This version features field oriented and keyword searches, Boolean selection, sorting and wildcard searches.
