BLANDFORD PROPRIETARY SCHOOL.
NOTICE is hereby given, that it is intended to apply to Parliament in the next ensuing Session thereof, for leave to bring a Bill to enable Alexander Walker Scott, of Ferndale, Double Bay, near Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, Esquire, Frederick Robert White, of Blandford, in the said Colony, Esquire, and the Venerable Archdeacon Coles Child, of Newcastle, in the said Colony, the trustees in whom are vested the real and personal estate of the Blandford Proprietary School, to wind up the affairs of the same, sell and convoy the real estate, situate at Blandford, in the parish of Murulla, in the county of Brisbane, in the Colony of New South Wales, and divide the entire funds, after payment of charges and expenses, among the entire body of shareholders and the original subscribers to the Newcastle Proprietary Grammar School, according to their respective interests. And that the private interests which will probably be affected by the Bill are the interests of the Society for Promoting Christian Knowledge, and the interests of the respective shareholders and original subscribers aforesaid.
