Colonial Secretary’s Office, Sydney , 4th March, 1874.
HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has been pleased, under tie 3rd section of the “Commons Regulation Act of 1873,” to nominate the undermentioned gentlemen as Trustees for the Wagga Wagga Commons—no Trustees for the same having been elected in January last, viz.:
Messrs. George Forsyth, George Mair, Charles Wall, Robert Nixon, and Thomas Henry Cummins.
